At Diaarp, we’re committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Time & Delivery
Standard Delivery: 3–8 business days depending on your location.
We ship across all major cities and towns in India.
Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, natural events, or courier issues.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all orders above ₹0.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link.
You can also track your order anytime via your Diaarp account.
Failed Deliveries
In case of missed delivery attempts, our courier partner will make up to 3 attempts.
If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. We’ll then contact you for re-delivery (re-shipping charges may apply).
P.O. Boxes & Remote Areas
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Some remote areas may experience longer delivery timelines. We’ll notify you if this applies to your order.
